There is no doubt that the image that we have about ourselves is taking many shapes as a result of the contribution of many channels, including no doubt the media means. This image may not mean the reality, it does not express it, especially if this means actually create an image of the composition is consistent with the goals of those who made it. Actually, the real image is what we can call it the concept of " Identity " regardless the accompanying formulas: national or religious identity, etc. The national identity that we want and which is our present subject is that the citizen has to know his homeland first and this is the super national, super ethnic, super religious, and super confessional identity, as well as it combines all these qualities in the name of "Citizenship". Citizenship means a source of the identity, in other words, be a citizen is to be involved with others whether in the city or in the country or in the state, and thus you are involved in the new identity and affiliation confirming the strength and promotion of the country that we are part of it. In this study, we try to identify the features of new media speech that contributes in strengthening the sense of the national identity of the Arab youth in Arab countries since they are the main support in their societies and at the same time declining the idea of the last national identity of ego, sectarian and ethnic ones.
This research is divided into several topics: the first is dealing with the concept of speech and media speech, the second is dealing with the concept of culture and the political culture, the third is including the national identity that we want, the fourth is involving the identification of young, and the fifth is identified the features of media speech in present and in the future.
