IRAQI WOMEN AND FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
The goal of this research is to identify the Iraqi women's rights to freedom of expression as brought by the constitutions and laws legitimacy and participation in political life, also aims to identify the size of the freedom of expression granted to Iraqi women and to find appropriate solutions and Almqtrahat to women's freedom of expression. The importance of research to highlight the reality of the freedom of Iraqi women in the expression amid the difficult conditions experienced by the Iraqi society as a whole and the Iraqi women, especially as he is one of the descriptive research that deal with the themes of freedom of Iraqi women to express their views as important and active member of the community. The research is divided into three sections included the first part, the concept of freedom of opinion and expression and touched second section to the rights of women in the Iraqi constitutions regarding came third section titled reality the freedom of Iraqi women. Search and concluded, among other recommendations and proposals for reinforcing women's rights and protection under the Iraqi constitution and laws.
