Violence on women in Jordan is committed at high rates varying in degree from the source to another, which led to the emergence of a national Jordanian system to protect women from violence. This study has been conducted to assess the performance of the system and the planning level, through the use of the integrative approach in its both types, deductive and inductive and both branches, qualitative and quantitative.
The study findings showed the following: In the light of its data components analysis and feedback, the level of women’s protection system performance in Jordan and their protection from violence is very weak. The compliance of the system under research to effective and efficient methods, derived from the traditional and scientific trends concerned with the act of violence against women, its interpretation, control and predictability is low since it did not exceed 35.55%. As for the impact of outputs and the outcomes of the researched system evaluation, they were very huge because it led to the proposal of a strategic framework, one that is possible, adoptable, implementable, monitor able and evaluable.
The strategic framework, proposed by the study for the system of women’s protection and protection from violence in the light of outputs and evaluation findings, includes the vision of “Jordan free of violence against women”, the message of “Women’s protection and protection of women from violence by employing the effective and efficient scientific and practical methods”, the primary strategic goal of “Reducing the rate of violence against women in Jordan from 91% in 2016 to 10% in 2030 at about 5.78 degrees per year”, the primary performance indicator of “Periodic rate of violence against women in Jordan” indicator, and finally executive activities, 23 activities distributed to the political, legislative, administrative and research areas.
