Job satisfaction is affected in any organization by several factors, both internal and external, and the circumstances of each respect the laws and regulations and instructions in place and some of the others on the senior management, policy and incentives offered to employees, and some public relations and communication and motivational audience internal and external functions of the organization, and the mechanism of action to achieve this satisfaction, so the goal of our research to indicate the role of public relations in achieving job satisfaction of the teaching staff in the Jordanian private and public universities and knowledge of internal and external factors that affect the level of job satisfaction.
To achieve the goals of research, researchers adopted a descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire tool that was applied to a sample of (300) pedagogy (176 males and 124 females) for the collection of data in the sample that was selected random stratified way through the faculty Jordan University and Yarmouk University AL State University as well as working in Petra University bodies, the blue, the Middle East, Zaytuna own, not to mention the advantage of conducting personal interviews with stakeholders and use the style of note direct and indirect the fact that researchers are of the same university community.
