THE SPORTS JOURNALISTS IN THE THREE CHANNELS OF ALGERIAN RADIO ARE A PROFESSIONAL SOCIOLOGIST


This research aims to identify the sports journalist in the national radio and deepen the knowledge of the media men or journalists in the sports departments as social groups, in terms of the social and professional aspect of this category, and study the element of journalist (sender) one of the most important elements of the media process, Providing the citizen with news, and the lack of such research in Algeria.

At the level of national radio, the sports journalist plays a prominent role in informing the public about sports news, especially local ones, in light of the inability of the relative television to cover all local sports events. This field research attempted to highlight the social and professional image of sports journalists in the three channels of Algerian radio, , Amazigh, French) in a comprehensive inventory method.

It should be emphasized that this research does not claim to have provided adequate answers to the true picture of journalists in the three channels of national radio, but rather to answer a set of questions that we believe are fundamental questions in the field of professional sociocultural research.
