ADDRESSING THE DIALOGUE PROGRAMS OF THE ISSUES AND EVENTS ON THE NATIONAL SCENE (THE DIALOGUE OF THE HOUR IN THE THIRD CHANNEL OF ALGERIA), (HERE ALGERIA YALHROZ NEWS) MODEL

The study focused on the treatment of dialogue programs in the third Algerian public channel (Dialog Hour) and the private Sunrise News (here in Algeria) issues and events on the national scene, which required a sample of about 13 shares per program according to the methodology of content analysis to dismantle the media material through a questionnaire Content analysis (main category – subcategory) to determine the boundaries and dimensions of daily dialogue programs and the extent to which they provide an objective and balanced information treatment in presenting the facts, information and different opinions related to the current events that lie with the LCC. Kakia, together with the actors at the level of these programs.

The study concluded the most important outcome of the program that dealt with a number of topics that showed its actual orientation by promoting the existing government policy through the identification of its character programs, despite the need to consider some of the issues and events in the national arena. Issues and events accompanied by a large area of boldness and free expression, despite its sensitivity in a very negative way, gave the program a contrasting color, accompanied by a rebellion against a set of skills and basic rules imposed by dialogue programs.
