The study aims to find out the features of the Algerian women's leadership and its difficulties under Stereotypical models that was made by masculine Algerian society. The members of this study are 32 women leaders from different sectors; health sector, education university, industry, law, security, administration…and from different levels. The researcher used interview and observation for data collection and she (the researcher) focused on descriptive analytic method which is based on the collection of texts, information and relevant data and then analyse it.The results of the study are as follows:
- The Algerian women leaders are independents economically and intellectually and they contribute to the economic development of society.
- Algerian women leaders beleives in themselves and make extra effort to prove their competencies and capabilities in order to achieve social awareness.
- Algerian women leaders are seeking to develop the social and human side of work and get a professional atmosphere appropriate to perform its functions effectively.
