The Internet, which is one of the achievements of the communication revolution, has contributed to the formation of a new space, the cyber space, which is a new Framework for trans-national social relations. It is Common knowledge that the social group is a group of individuals with common values and a sense of belonging living in a single spatial environment governed by values and customs They meet and agree among themselves on the means of deterrence and rules of social control that govern what happens between them, The Internet has played a role in shaping relationships that transcend the physical spatial framework and face-to-face interaction. Its users, especially those with common interests, are called virtual communities, a new form of human interaction. This has made the use of the Internet increasing daily, especially among the young people who drew virtual relationships that he creates through the Internet.
