The study aimed to rank the Arab countries in terms ofSocieties registration, their growth, their sustainability and their relationship to governance and developmental performance and population size in these countries through its analytical descriptive approach based on the available analysis of data collected from Societies in the Arab countries during the years 2000-2015. The findings of the study were analyzed according to descriptive and inductive statistics. The findings are as follows: Algeria ranked first in the registration of Societies and in the share of the population from the Societies, Sudan ranked first in the growth of Societies, Lebanon ranked first in the sustainability of Societies.There are is no statistically significantcorrelation among the ranks of the Arab countries in the registration of Societies and their rank in the growth of statistically on the one hand and the sustainability of Societieson the other hand. In contrast, there is a statistically significant correlation between the ranks of Arab countries in the registration of Societies and their rank in governance, developmentalperformance and population size.
