Abstract:
The research examines the use of public relations for social media in health institutions to counter viruses. Social media sites are a system of online networks that allow the participant to create a website Its own connection through an electronic social system with other members with similar interests. If properly employed, social media sites can contribute to the promotion of knowledge and confrontation values and new ways of organizing, cooperating and training among individuals. Social media sites have become very important in the area of alternative media, which addresses sensitive issues in social, political and economic life until it becomes a pattern of mass communication.
Researcher Sought By analyzing the Ministry of Health website on Facebook, find the most important news materials and other journalistic arts that have been used to counter the Corona virus and raise community awareness of the disease, and identify the Ministry of Health website in providing the Iraqi public with information related to the virus and the extent to which the public relies on it as an information tool.
The search problem, and the search problem stems from the role social media plays in the production. And to pass on information to a large and large audience, social media sites have become an unbelievable technological base. To dispense with it for many That's why the problem is to find out how PR employs the Ministry of Health website. In reporting on the news of Veros Corona, which will be formulated in the following questions:
1- What is the role of public relations in the recruitment of the site in providing the Iraqi public with information related to Veros Corona and the extent to which the public depends on it as a media tool?
2- What are the reasons for PR's reliance on the website to convey the news about Veros Corona?
3- And what features have made the Department of Health's website a source of news about Veros Corona?
The importance of research comes from the great role that social media in general and Facebook in particular play in the production and transmission of information, events, images and comments to a large audience. The importance of research is from the role those public relations can play in times of disaster and crisis. This research is therefore intended to identify how the Ministry of Health, through public relations, has been able to deal with Vireos Corona and what methods and methods are used to deal with it by analyzing the website of the Ministry of Health on the Facebook page. The research aims to identify the role those public relations can play in the recruitment of the site in providing the Iraqi public with information related to the Corona virus and the extent to which the public depends on it as an information tool. and identifying features that made the Ministry of Health's website a source of news on Verso Corona. Also identify the methods and methods used by the public relations system to deal with the Corona virus epidemic

The research was based on a scan. The content of the social media sites (Facebook) was surveyed. The two researchers will analyze the content of the Ministry of Health website on Facebook during the month of April and the content of the website if there is news, video, photos, ads, data, etc.

The study summarized a number of findings, including the Ministry's use of most of the journalistic arts on its Facebook website. The results showed the use of news, reports, statements, publications, photographs, videos and interviews by website officials, as well as news releases containing news about the Ministry, interviews with the concerned and officials, as well as their use of celebrities in terms of posting interviews or photographing them in hospitals or health centers while taking the vaccine. Or their dissemination of guidance and awareness advice on virus Corona.
The results also showed that the press arts published during a day may exceed six, seven or more news stories, reports, meetings, bulletins, advertisements, photographs, videos, etc., as well as statistics on the number of infected and infected persons and the number of people coming to the vaccine. The results also showed that news and data were constantly updated, particularly with regard to the Corona virus.
The research was divided into two theoretical and practical chapters, Chapter I, which contains two researchers. The first is devoted to the methodological framework for research. The second is devoted to how public relations in health institutions can be used for social media to counter the new Virus Corona, 1919.
Chapter II contains the practical aspect of the research by analyzing the website of the Ministry of Health on Facebook.
