A PROPOSAL TO IMPROVE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITY OF LIFE FOR FEMALE STUDENTS OF AL-ZAHRAA COLLEGE BASED ON THE THEORY OF CHOICE

Abstract:
The study dealt with the employment of choice theory in proposing a descriptive guide proposal to enhance the level of quality of psychological life for female students at Al-Zahraa College in Muscat Governorate, who came from other governorates. Improving the level of psychological quality of life and verifying the level of mental health among female students. The study sample consisted of (69) female students who were randomly selected from different disciplines. Two questionnaires were designed, the first questionnaire with the aim of revealing the reality of the services provided to female students at Al-Zahra College for Girls, and the second questionnaire It measures the level of quality of psychological life among students of Al-Zahra College for Girls. The study found that the reality of the services provided to students at Al-Zahra College for Girls was average, with an arithmetic mean of (2.62), and a standard deviation of (0.85). It also showed that the level of the general quality of psychological life among female students of Al-Zahra College for Girls was average, with an arithmetic mean of (3.27) and a standard deviation of (0.39).
