Abstract
The study aimed to shed light on the degree of effectiveness of the richness of digital media in school leadership, and the importance of the study lies in its subject, as the study specializes in researching the degree of effectiveness of the richness of digital media in school leadership, and it shows the degree of importance of using digital media in the process of communication during the practice of leadership. educational leadership, and provide educational leaders with methods, methods, and tools that facilitate the practice of school leadership, and explain the most important media that are richer in use during school leadership, and the study problem was that digital media is rich in all fields, and in school leadership in particular, and some specialists in Leadership and Communication The importance of using digital media during the practice of school leadership, although there are digital media that are of great importance in the leadership communication process, but there is a gap in the use of digital tools in leadership, especially when it comes to school leadership. And three topics, The first topic was the theoretical framework of the study, and in the second topic were the results of the study, and in the third topic was the interpretation of the results and commenting on them, and then the conclusion and recommendations were formulated, and the researchers used the survey method on a study population represented by all the principals of the schools of the Ramtha district, and through the method The comprehensive enumeration and the questionnaire tool, and the use of the five-point Liker scale, by giving each of its paragraphs one degree out of its five degrees, and conducting validity and reliability on the study tool. School leadership, and that their use of digital media tools in school leadership was high, and that the richness of the media allows educational leaders to conduct communication processes with the teaching staff, parents and students at any time, and the digital media has an archive full of information that anyone can refer to at any time. And that digital media allows communication with more than one contact through video, audio, image, and the attachment of any other media during the communication process, and educational leaders interact with faculty members, the community, and students while using digital media, and that the use of digital media allows simultaneous communication with more than one party.
